Discarding the product can only be done if you have purchased the product by courier.

Returned product should not be damaged, not contain traces of use, returned in its original packaging with all intact accessories and labels, and have on it all the accompanying documents with which it was sent by www.prolivecosmetics.com. Return costs will be charged to the customer, and the reimbursement of the product will be refunded within 30 days of return.
